i have claim the 20€ promotion the 8th november,today,3 jenuary,i havent news from costa del poker marketing department.
I have written many times to the support and marketing department.
the support says to me that they are not responsible
the marketing department not answer.

I dawn on the situation........TODAY 11 JAN, I have not received nothing.

i write to the support ,and they know to only say that they have sended email to marketing department...ecc
BUT..the marketing department non asnwer,and the support can't to make nothing.
i waiting of 2 month,in exchange have made pubblicity, and want what they have promised.

I SEARCH INFORMATION,AND I WILL CONTACT THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES

I have claim 5 EUR too :) have written several times to the support but havent got the answer . I have played only freerols there , because never took prize place so do not even know , try to get maximum no deposit bonus promotion 20 eur or just post sometimes at this forum :) costa del poker anyway I'm with you :)))

yea but they say if you write them another e-mail you get back on the back of the queque so I dont know what to think about it. The only probable reason is you didn't do it right , so your posts are not quality posts but just posts like smiles or simple tenses like "good luck" "me too" "aarrgh" etc :) I recommend you to make more posts even if they disqualify those without sense you will have at least 25 to pass the requirements :) Anyways good luck man ! :)
