bankroll management is very important in poker. Bankroll management is the process in which a player decides how much of their money they should risk in any given game, specifically in regards to poker. And if u have good bankroll and u play in that level what u can beat, then u cant go broke, and put always some daily limits what u can loose and if u loose that amount then stop and continue next day. Example poker tracker is very good and u can take some analyse from your game, if u play much tournaments and example you are in final table in 10k tournaments and u have played that tournament about 4hours, so when u are eliminated or when u won that tournament, dont go anyomore in cash table in the same day because you are too tired, continue next day, thyats why i loose somethimes too much :( and allso do something ellse, dont play poker all the time, go gym, be whit your friends/ girlfriend... so dont play too long sessions :)
